Below are 12 highly recommended and rated hotels in Koh Yao Noi. They are from all price brackets so there is sure to be one for you. They are in no particular order and even list the amount of people that they cater for whether that's a solo traveler, couple or a large group/family.

WEATHER IN KOH YAI NOI:
HIGH SEASON The high season on the other hand is from around December to April. You can expect calmer seas, more pleasant temperatures and less rainfall. This season gives you the most versatility to enjoy all of the water activities, island hopping and gorgeous sunsets.
LOW SEASON
The low season is from around June to September. This is monsoon season (sometimes referred to as "the green season") and weather can be unpredictable with lots of rain. The benefit to visiting during this time is the vibrant lush green scenery that happens as a result of all the rain. And low prices of course.

HOW TO GET TO KOH YAI NOI
There is no airport on Koh Yao Noi, so the only way to get there is by sea.
Below I've laid out a couple of options for traveling to this beautiful island.
Speedboat Ferry
The speedboat ferry takes approx. 30minutes and goes from Bang Rong Pier (Phuket) to Manoh Pier or Laem Sai Pier (Koh Yao Noi). This service costs around €10 per person one way. Koh Yao Sun Smile is one of the companies that offers this service. Koh Yao Sun Smile is 400BHT (around €10.5) Adult and 200THB (around €5.30) for a Child and travels to Laem Sai Pier. Their website details all the different islands they go to and from as well as timetables.
Longtail Boat
Longtail boats are a traditional way of transportation in Thailand's rivers and seas. They are elongated open air wooden boats and can be a great way to experience Thailand's culture and scenery at a slower pace. Longtail boats can take up to an 1hr to get to Manoh Pier. You can pay for a shared long tail boat which costs around €6 per person one way. The other option is a private longtail boat which can increase the cost quite a lot but along be a unique experience to enjoy.
Note: As nature is unpredictable be prepared for cancellations in unsafe weather. Remember also to be sun safe as not all boats have shade and the Thai sun can get really hot.
